Placing an Order: You can order online by using add to cart button or call/email us between 9 am – 5 pm; Monday – Saturday.

Payment: We accept the following payment systems

Cheque: Cheque payable to L.Randall. If you are paying by cheque,please contact us first using the contact form and we will give you instructions.

Credit Cards : The website will allow credit card payments for Visa, Master Card and Debit Cards. All payments are secure and taken via Paypal.

PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant. Postage: We charge a flat rate of £ 2.95 for mainland UK , Channel Island and Isle of Man. For orders above £100 postage is free.

Customers outside UK: Please contact us before you place your order.

Delivery: We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days by Royal Mail 1st class after the items have been paid. In the event that the item is out of stock, we will notify you by email. If you pay by cheque, Please allow 5 days for the cheque to be cleared before the item is dispatch to you.

Refunds and Exchanges: We do hope that you like your purchase, however in the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. Please email or phone us. We will happily refund or exchange within 14 days. Please return the items in their unused condition with the tags and packaging intact. Please obtain proof of posting from the post office. Also note that for refunds, we will refund only the cost of the goods not the postage. For exchanges postage will be covered by us.

Handmade items: All our items are handmade therefore slight irregularities if any, are characteristic of the handmade item. We try our best to describe our items as best as possible. However due to the nature of photography there may be slight variations in the colours.
